UN rights expert urges Cambodia to review NGO Bill

[JURIST] The UN Special Rapporteur for human rights in Cambodia Surya Subedi [official profile] on Wednesday called for the Cambodian Government to review a draft law, which non-governmental organization (NGO) could affect the country's efforts to give.
